As a partner with BVA, Team Le'Fant assisted in the modernization of their current claims file document review system and provided support in analyzing, organizing, and delivering documentation submitted by, or for, Veterans to BVA’s legal staff in the Office of Appellate Operations. This work illustrates our proven ability to manage large, complex programs and to develop and cultivate new partnerships within a rapidly changing and highly scrutinized environment.

Le’Fant is a sub on the Enterprise Resources, Inc (ERPi) team supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Acquisition and Logistics (OAL). Le’Fant specifically supports human resources, marketing, and training initiatives such as developing and implementing human capital plans, equal employment opportunity (EEO) processes, and employee training programs.

 

Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) Decision Ready Claims (DRC) Initiative (TOPR80)

 

Le’Fant is a sub on the Enterprise Resources, Inc (ERPi) team supporting the Decision Ready Claim (DRC) initiative to expand upon the Veterans Benefits Administration's (VBA) Fully Developed Claim (FDC) program to better serve Veterans and their families. Le’Fant consults and provides the support services necessary to review evidence submitted by the VSO, ensure that all records are complete and present and make a recommendation to VBA for whether an examination and/or medical opinion is necessary to substantiate the claim.

 

Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) Benefits Data Quality & Fraud Prevention (BDQ-FP) (TOPR49)

Le’Fant is a sub on the Enterprise Resources, Inc (ERPi) team supporting the stewardship of Veteran data quality and assists in systematically identifying and preventing benefits fraud. Le’Fant provides project management support in the development of process, procedures and training for data quality resolutions and inaccurate reports of death. This includes the identification and on-going analysis and testing of data, processes, procedures and systems to identify vulnerabilities and to prevent or mitigate fraud risks.

 

Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) Medical Disability Examinations (MDE)

Le’Fant is a sub on the Veteran Evaluation Services (VES) team supporting them in administering Compensation & Pension (C&P) examinations to Veterans, their dependents, and their survivors. We manage event marketing for VES and consult on VSO (Veterans Service Organizations) relationships and communications including attending hundreds of VSO events each year and maintaining ongoing relationships with VSO leadership.

 

Veterans Health Administration (VHA) VHA Integrated Healthcare Transformation (IHT) IDIQ

 

Le’Fant is a sub on the Titan Alpha team supporting the VHA in developing a clinically-integrated, community-supported, reliable system of care and building trust among Veterans and their families. Le’Fant provides support across a variety of areas, including high reliability, electronic health records management, healthcare modernization and transformation, healthcare financial management business transformation, healthcare human resources, healthcare regulatory compliance, healthcare analytics, mental health and suicide prevention, access to care and population health.

 

Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information & Technology (OI&T) Benefits Integration Platform, (BIP)

 

The BIP is an information technology initiative, which provides for the reduction of the technology footprint supporting VBA and NCA through the expansion and the reuse of VBMS technology solutions.

 

Le’Fant is a sub on the Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH) team supporting development efforts including Memorial Benefit Management Systems (MBMS) to replace Burials Operations Support System (BOSS) and to support the transition and decommissioning of other legacy applications such as the Benefits Delivery Network (BDN). We are currently supporting several programs under the BIP umbrella including Benefits Delivery Network (BDN) Support, Memorial Enterprise Letters (MEL) Support, Memorials - Cemetery Management, BIRLS Development (Beneficiary Identification Records Locator Subsystem), Pension-Automation, and Financial Accounting Systems.
